Today, smoothies are the choice of many athletes and fans of a healthy lifestyle. Such a healthy food is appreciated for the feeling of satiety, as well as for the opportunity to fill the body with natural vitamins and useful minerals. So, what do you think about smoothies?
We believe that this is a great option both for starting the day and for snack between main meals. And that's why we are sharing with you a recipe for a beetroot and basil smoothie. It will not only give vital energy, but also help to establish the digestive process and strengthen the immune system.

Ingredients for one serving:


1 medium-sized beetroot;
1 bulgarian pepper;
1 large bunch of basil;
50 ml of water;
salt.


Preparation :

1. Peel the beets and cut into large cubes.
2. Peel the bell pepper from the seeds, chop coarsely.
3. Grind the vegetables and basil with a blender.
4. Pour in mineral (non-carbonated) water, adjusting the density at your discretion.
5. Add salt to taste and mix well.

The vitamin bomb is ready!
