Return policy for products

Subject to the conditions set out below, WILMAX Germany allows its customers to return, without giving any reason, a new and unused product purchased in the online store and covering the entire product range (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”).

Return period and procedure

The customer can return the product within 14 days from receipt. To return the goods, the buyer must send the seller a declaration by registered mail to the following address within 14 days of receiving the goods:

Return costs and conditions

The return is at the buyer's expense and must be sent to the following address: Am Schafhaus 35, 53557 Bad Hönningen. The product must be returned to the seller within 14 days of receipt. The returned product must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

refund

The seller undertakes to settle the invoice with the buyer within 14 days of receipt of the return without unnecessary delay. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Buyer used, unless the Seller expressly agrees to another refund method that does not involve any costs for the Seller (for example, by bank transfer if the Buyer paid for the Product by bank transfer).

Conditions for returning goods of suitable quality

Products of appropriate quality can be returned under the following conditions:

  • The product was not functional.
  • The product has retained its appearance and functional properties.
  • The product is in its original packaging (if present).
  • The product has a built-in sales pattern.

Products used by the customer cannot be returned.
