right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract at any time before delivery of the goods without giving reasons.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the goods without giving any reason.
If the Customer decides to withdraw within this period, the Seller will reimburse all other payments received from the Customer, including the purchase price and the costs of delivery of the goods.
If the customer only partially withdraws from the contract, the seller will refund the purchase price of the returned goods. If other payments fall to a lower price level than the delivery price due to a partial withdrawal by the customer, the seller will refund the difference between these price levels.
For refunds, the seller will use the same payment method used by the customer in the original transaction.
The Seller will refund the Customer the paid part of the purchased goods upon receipt of the returned goods. The Customer must return the goods to the Seller's address within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract without prior notice.
The direct costs for returning the goods to withdraw from the purchase contract are to be borne by the customer.

TRANSPORT DAMAGES

The consumer is liable for damages within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
