Terms of Use of the Online Shop
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the general terms and conditions of sale, conditions and modalities of the online shop wilmax.de (hereinafter referred to as the “online shop”) as well as the conditions for the provision of free electronic services of the online shop wilmax.de.
SCOPE
These rules apply to all orders that consumers place through our online shop.
The owner and administrator of the online shop wilmax.de, available at: http://wilmax.de, is Trading Freaks GmbH, with its registered office in Montabaur, Am Schafhaus Straße 35, 53557 Bad Hönningen, tax number: DE332782898, registered in the commercial register of Montabaur District Court under number: HRB 28786, represented by Ersin Er and Ferruh Kaymak in accordance with the representation rules disclosed in the commercial register.
Seller – A legal entity or individual entrepreneur specified on the “Seller” page of the online store is the owner of the relevant product. Each seller independently determines the rules for processing orders, payment, delivery, returns and warranty. The consumer can view each seller's rules and select the seller before placing an order.
Consumer – Any person who concludes a contract or otherwise deals with the online shop wilmax.eu outside of their commercial activity or exercise of their independent professional activity. The customer confirms that he has read these conditions before concluding the contract and accepts the changes and that he expressly accepts the conditions in force at the time of sending the order.
Deviating or supplementary regulations and general terms and conditions of the seller will only become part of the contract with our express written consent.
CONCLUDE THE CONTRACT
The purchase contract is concluded with the selected seller via the online shop wilmax.de.
The presentation of the products in our online shop represents an offer to conclude a purchase contract. To conclude a contract, the consumer must place the selected products in the shopping cart and place an order.
The data in the shopping cart and in the form can be changed before placing an order using the functions and messages available in the ordering process.
By clicking on the “Confirmation and completion” button, the consumer places a binding order for the products contained in the shopping cart. A purchase contract is concluded when the order is received by us and stored in the IT system of our online shop. After placing the order, the consumer receives an email from us confirming that the order and the contract have been concluded.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
In some cases, shipping costs must be added to the product prices. Delivery of ordered products is carried out via courier companies with which we cooperate. The customer can find detailed information about the ordering process as well as delivery dates and shipping costs in the “Special information” tab on our shop’s website.
PAYMENTS
Payment methods available to you in our online shop:
Electronic payments (e-payments) via online payment service.
Payment by conventional bank transfer to our shop's bank account. If you choose this payment method, we will send you the data necessary for the transfer by email after placing the order. We will begin processing your order once full payment for your order has been credited to our account.

Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract at any time without giving reasons before delivery of the goods.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the goods without giving reasons.
If the customer decides to withdraw within this period, the seller will reimburse all other payments received from the customer, including the purchase price and the costs of delivering the goods.
If the customer only partially withdraws from the contract, the seller will refund the purchase price of the returned goods. If other payments fall to a lower price level than the delivery price due to a partial withdrawal by the customer, the seller will reimburse the difference between these price levels.
For refunds, the seller will use the payment method used by the customer in the original transaction.
The seller will reimburse the customer for the paid part of the purchased goods upon receipt of the returned goods. The customer must return the goods to the seller's address within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract without prior notice.
The direct costs of returning the goods to withdraw from the purchase contract must be borne by the customer.
If the customer processes the goods in a way that is not necessary to identify the nature and properties of the goods because the value of the goods has been reduced, the seller reserves the right to unilaterally offset the customer's purchase price and claim damages.

For consumers: For remote orders, our store will always be liable for any accidental damage or loss. If the products you ordered are delivered with obvious transport damage, we ask you to report this defect to the seller as quickly as possible and fill out the form on the page https://wilmax.de/damage-claim.
The consumer is liable for damages within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
